Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. Customers have 14 days after delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or sale items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please submit a return request (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval status.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
