For larger or custom equipment orders, processing times may vary. We will notify you if additional time is required.


Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time:

  • Large Equipment / Freight: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise specified.

We may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders.


Freight & Large Items

Some items (such as chairs or large equipment) may be shipped via freight carriers.

  • Delivery is typically curbside
  • The customer is responsible for bringing the item inside
  • Additional services (white glove delivery, installation) may be available upon request

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.


Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs or external factors

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of:

  • The damaged item
  • The packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
